Drew Hanshew is a freshman at Texas Tech University working on gaining her BS in nursing. Drew has spent most of her life in Lubbock, Texas. She started dancing at age 5, and started dancing competitively at age 9. She started on the Talent Plus competitive dance team, and then started competitive cheer and hip-hop at Raider Xtreme at age 14. On her senior hip-hop team at Raider Xtreme, Drew got the opportunity to compete at the Dance Worlds in Orlando, Florida, May 2017. She was also a member of our RevolutionElites team 2017-2018. She competed a solo, senior contemporary, jazz, and hip-hop with the elites at competitions such as Showtime International, Talent On Parade, Amp, and Starquest. She also attended dance conventions such as Jump and Velocity. Drew placed in the overall top senior groups with her senior team numerous times, but she also placed 4th overall with her solo at Starquest, and 5th overall at Amp.
