Our pointe prep class focuses on the strengthening and developing of the lower-leg muscles and feet. This class is recommended to all dancers, but required of the dancers who wish to be on pointe. Dancers will strengthen the lower-leg and foot muscles through use of theraband and standing exercises. Dancers are required to wear tight-fitted dance apparel, no shoes, hair up off of face. It is recommended to bring your own theraband. This class will not have a recital dance.
