Registration
After you have completed this form please expect a phone call from Revolution Elite Dance office staff to finalize your registration process. We will enroll dancers in order in which they register online. Classes are first come first serve so we hope to make this process go as smooth and timely as possible to ensure proper student placement. Completing the form and following up when RED staff calls will help us ensure we complete each registration to the best of our ability.

Annual Registration Fee – $30
Family Registration Fee – $50
*All registration fees are due at time of registration.
