My name is Jorie Knysz and I am a sophomore at Texas Tech University majoring in Forensic Anthropology from Buffalo Grove, Illinois. I have been dancing since the age of two as well as competitive rhythmic gymnast training. My main training was at Dance Xplosion in Addison, IL as well as Soul2Sole Dance Company in Buffalo Grove, IL. During these years on competition teams I had the opportunity to take from world renowned choreographers like Shannon Mather, Talia Favia and Rudy Abreu. As well as compete at conventions and competitions. I was also a part of Adlai E. Stevenson’s Varsity Dance team for 4 years where I helped the team win 2 state championships, 4 sectional championships and a National Title at Dance Team Union Nationals. In addition, I won the Senior National Solo title at Dance Team Union Nationals my senior year.  While on the Varsity Dance Team, I had the opportunity to choreograph the competition dances for 3 of the years.  Now I am second year member of the Texas Tech Pom Squad and am very grateful to have had the opportunity to help my dance team win two National Champion titles this year in Daytona in D1A pom and D1A jazz. I look forward to working with all of the dancers at Revolution Elite Dance and be a part of the RED dance family!
